MONDAY: Classes began and were mad interesting. On Mondays and Tuesdays, I have Italian and a history class about food in Italia. Need I say more? Okay, I will. A British professor teaches the class. You know, the very dry UK humor? Yes, and I love every minute of it.
TUESDAY: (Please refer to Monday). Realized pigeons have taken over the alley way outside of our kitchen window. Proceeded to photo document it.
[My snack: Avocado-Tomatoe Grilled Mozzarella Sandwich. Heavenly and simple.]
WEDNESDAY: More Italian classes and I began a new class, Leonardo da Vinci. AMAZING. My professor is an american native who has lived in Florence for the past 20 years and often refers to things as elegant and eloquent. She's great. Wednesday night was Bethany's turn to make dinner. Pure delizioso.
[Bethany made her very own apple vinegarette. The woman amazes me, really.]

[Not really sure what it was, but it was covered in sugar so obviously it was a bangin' choice.] Planned a weekend trip to Pisa and Sienna. I'm about to have my first experience staying in a hostel. Let's be real. I'm definitely going to have a lot to say about that. Apparently, in Pisa, the only interesting things to see are the leaning tower and the basilica. In the afternoon, we went gallivanting around Perugia for a quick bite to eat. The obvious choice was pizza. Shortly after, we found ourselves at an open air market [where Bethany and Brit found the most adorable hats] and finished our afternoon chowing down on some delectable pastries.

One more thing, I was told that Italians all run later than American time. I thought I would fit in here, with my

Ciao a tutti!
Look out for a Stranger Style post soon! This was probably the toughest one yet. Either 1. I had my camera on the wrong settings, 2. was photo bombed, and 3. Perugian peeps were slacking on their style today/nobody was on the streets. But, check it out anyway!!!
